It is said that health is wealth. Health is our best wealth. A healthy man can work hard and succeed in life. He possess strength of mind. He has self-confidence . Health is our best wealth. A healthy man can work hard that a healthy man is a happy man. An unhealthy person cannot succeed in life. He is a timid person. If a man wants to be happy in life, he must improve his health. We need to keep our body healthy every time.
There are many ways to keep our body healthy. A person needs to eat hygienic food every day. One needs to take plenty of milk, meat, fish, eggs, fruits, and green vegetables.
Besides green vegetables we also need to take pure water.
We should drink clean water. Impure water is very dangerous to health. It results in many diseases.
Another way to keep our body healthy is regular physical exercise. One needs to do the physical exercise daily. There are different forms of exercise. We may take an exercise that we like. Walking is good exercise for everybody. Walking in the morning and taking fresh air is very necessary for our good health. Too much of physical exercise is also not good for health.
Next we need have to take good rest. We should not work for a long time. Over working is bad for health. We need to avoid worry. Over anxiety damages our health.
The development of the country also depends upon the healthy people. Healthy people can work hard and develop their country. Health education should form part of school education. If children learn the value of health, they will try to maintain good health all through life.
